Shockoe Bottom Clay – Richmond, VA

Shockoe Bottom Clay is a working clay studio featuring nine separate studios, where you can watch the artists work in real-time. More than 30 local and regional artists work at Shockoe Bottom Clay regularly, including many who are based right here in Richmond.

Virginia Museum of Fine Arts – Richmond, VA

For nearly 100 years, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts has been one of the country's top art museums, known for its expansive permanent collections, which highlight art from around the world. There are more than 40,000 pieces of art to see here, covering 6,000 years of art from America, Europe, Asia, and more. You'll also find a wide range of programs here, including lectures, art demonstrations, classes, and temporary, curated art exhibitions. There's no general admission cost to visit the museum, and it's open every day of the year.

Richmond Railroad Museum – Richmond, VA
